At The Language Spectrum (TLS), we offer a 14-day refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent learning experience for all our German language students.
Key Terms
- Students may request a refund within 14 calendar days of enrollment by contacting our support team via email at info@thelanguagespectrum.com.
- Registration fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, study materials, and third-party certification or examination fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refund requests made after 14 days are generally not eligible, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of TLS.
- TLS reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations & Processing
- If a course is cancelled by TLS and no alternative batch is offered, students will receive a full refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.
Batch Transfers
In lieu of a refund, students may request a one-time transfer to a future batch within the initial 14-day period, subject to availability and administrative approval.
